Welcome to Saint Patrick Catholic School! We’re delighted by your interest in our school and all we offer to our students and families. Since opening in 1959 as Gainesville’s first Catholic school, we have built a proud history rooted in tradition and community for our Pre-K through 8th grade students. More importantly, we are dedicated to Gospel values, which are at the heart of all we do on campus each day. Our application process is the first step to joining the Panther family. Step 1| Visit Us (Optional)
Personal tours are available throughout the year and can be scheduled through the link or calling admissions. Students can shadow and be a Panther for a Day. These shadow days take place Monday-Thursday (8:15-2:30) and can be scheduled through our admissions office, 352-376-9878, ext. 202.
Step 2| Gather Documents
The following documents are required with your application for admission:
Report cards (1st-8th only)
Current year-to-date report card
Previous year final report card
Standardized test scores (4th-8th grade only))
Discipline report
IEP/504 Plan and/or Psychoeducational Evaluation (if applicable)
All new students seeking admission to Saint Patrick Catholic School are required to submit an application through FACTS, complete with the documents listed in Step 2. The application non refundable fee is $35 for all students K-8th, there is no application fee for PreK.
Step 4| Screening
A screening may be required as part of the admissions process. A notification will be sent via email and a time will be scheduled with a grade level appropriate teacher.
Step 5| Admissions Decision
Admissions decisions for all grades will be sent out via email within days of completing the student's screening.
Step 6| Enrollment
Students admitted to Saint Patrick Catholic School for the 2025-2026 school year are required to complete the online enrollment via FACTS and submit the non refundable $350 enrollment fee by the deadline provided on the admissions letter.

Step 7| Enrollment Meeting
The State of Florida requires that a private school Principal or Principal’s Designee reviews the school's academic programs and policies, specialized services, code of student conduct, and attendance policies with all new student’s families. Please set an appointment for an Enrollment Meeting.
RE-ENROLLMENT
St. Patrick Catholic School will begin accepting re-enrollment for our current families on January 3, 2025. There is a $100 discount for all families who re-enroll by February 2, 2025. The re-enrollment fee is $250 and this will increase to $350 on February 3, 2025. The re-enrollment fee is per family. Please log into your Family Portal Link, click on Apply/Enroll to complete the online re-enrollment packet. During this process you will have the ability to update your family information, select a payment plan for tuition, and pay the enrollment fee.Returning students must reserve their spot by paying the re-registration fee each year by the designated deadline.
All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Families that do not re-register by the re-enrollment deadline risk giving up their spot(s).
OFFICE RECORDS
Parents/Guardians must update any change of address, home telephone numbers, cell phone numbers, business phone numbers, e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers of emergency contacts in their Family Portal account. This will guarantee that office records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
